Terms and Conditions for Italian Catering Reservations
Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By booking through our website, you agree to these terms.
- Booking and Payment
- All orders must be placed at least 7 days before the event date.
- Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance.
- Payment is only accepted online through our website. We support iDEAL, credit cards, and other commonly used payment methods in the Netherlands.
- Your reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received. If payment is not completed, the order will not be finalized.
- Service Days and Hours
- Catering services are only available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the Netherlands.
- Services on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) are only available in special cases and upon prior agreement.
- Catering is available for lunch and dinner. If you require service at specific times, please contact us.
- Venue Requirements
- The event venue must have outdoor space or access to fresh air. We use special pizza ovens that require proper ventilation.
- Electricity access is mandatory. If the venue does not have electricity, the customer is responsible for providing an alternative power source.
- If the venue requires special setup or additional equipment, this must be communicated in advance.
- Our team will assess the venue conditions before confirming the order. If the venue does not meet the necessary requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
We strive to keep our cancellation policies fair and transparent:
- Cancellations up to 7 days before the event date: 100% refund
- Cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the event date: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 3 days before the event date: No refund
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Responsibilities and Limitations
- Weather conditions and suitable venue space: If bad weather prevents catering from being provided in an outdoor space, the customer must arrange a covered area. If no alternative venue is provided, we reserve the right to cancel the service without a refund.
- Accurate venue details: Customers must provide complete and accurate information about the event location. If the venue does not match the specified conditions, our team reserves the right to refuse service.
- Changes to reservations: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (such as regulatory changes or technical issues), we reserve the right to modify or cancel the booking. Customers will be notified and alternative arrangements will be discussed if necessary.
